A small change~

I changed the Reward system a little so that everyone would be paid more per run.

heres the link, the part in yellow is changed.

The old reward system was that 30% of the profit goes to bank right away. so i changed it so that only when the profit is high, the % put to bank is high. That way if the profit is less the % going to bank is less and everyone's paid more

anyone that has any comments, suggestions, or w/e let me know.
