IMPORTANT POLICY --> Please read

Here is the Official Policy regarding Zakum Helms, Skillbooks/Masterybooks, and Equipment Drops.
Please note that due to the ever changing market conditions, playing conditions, etc. this policy will be reviewed on a monthly basis and subject to revision if a majority of members petition for it.

Zakum Helms
CORE Members
-All CORE Members who do not have helms either due to coming in with none or breaking one, can loot if they choose to, but for 45 points.
-All CORE Members who decide to reloot for whatever reason can do so for 45 points.
-Zakum Helms will be given out based on whomever has the highest point total. Then followed by the next highest total, etc.

INITIATE Members
-All INITIATE Members who do not have helms either due to coming in with none or breaking one, can loot if they choose to, but must purchase the helm for the discounted price of 40mil OR by accumulating and spending 85 points.
-Zakum Helms will be given out based on whomever has the highest point total. Then followed by the next highest total, etc. Unless of course the INITIATE member chooses to pay by mesos.

Misc. Members
-You will only be able to sponsor one character. It can be either your friend (either you or him/her can be on that account) OR it can be your secondary character. If you choose to sponsor you secondary character, then you can no longer sponsor your friend's helm. They will have to either purchase it outright from us or earn it by going on runs with us, or, they can just buy it from another Zakum group. (second sponsor can be reconsidered)
-You must be CORE before you can even sponsor.
-You must have accumulated a running total of at least 250 points with us.
-The cost of sponsoring is 150 points which will be deducted from your current point total.
-You cannot have someone donate this points to you to make up to 250 running total points.

Buyers
-We will initially accept buyers only on a first-come-first serve basis. These have to be people that you know personally. We are not posting on Sleepywood for buyers just yet.
-The cost of our helms is 50mil mesos OR approximately equal to 50 Onyx apples. The reason I say 50 Onyx apples is that we generally don't accept commodities or equipments since their prices can fluctuate. To prevent a sudden drop in prices, we've floored it at 50 Apples which is a minimum. If the prices of apples were to drop to say 500k, it would then cost 100 Apples to purchase a Helm from us. However, if the prices of apples were to go up to 2mil, then it would cost 25 apples to purchase a Helm from us.

Skillbooks & Masterybooks
CORE Members
-All CORE Members are automatically given preference when looting an untradeable skillbook (level 10). Currently four such skillbooks exist: Advanced Charge Blow, Advanced Combo, Angel's Ray, and finally Triple Throw. Looting will based on point total. The highest point total will loot the Masterybook first, then followed by second highest total, etc.
-All CORE Members are automatically given preference when looting a Mastery book. However, several stipulations exist:
1) The Masterybook must be used in front of the group as soon as it is looted. This is to prevent a masterybook being taken and sold for individual profit. If it fails, the member will be given preference to reloot over an INITIATE member. However, each subsequent reloot will cost 10 less points than the previous reloot, with the minimum point total never being less than 50% of the original point trade-in required (ie. If the point trade-in for TT20 is 250, then for each subsequent re-loot it would be 10 less points required - 240, 230, etc. However, it can never be less than 125 points which is 50% of 250 initial trade-in point amount.)

It will differ greatly depending on whether the current masterybook is being classified as High, Medium, or Low Demand.
3) Once a mastery book is successful (ie. didn't fail) the member is no longer allowed to loot that particular book.

INITIATE Members
-All INIITIATE Members are allowed not allowed to loot non-tradeable skillbooks UNLESS there is no one else that can use the skillbook. In that case, it will be given by alphabetical order - character IGN only.
-All INITIATE Members are only allowed to purchase at a discount the masterybooks. Masterybooks can be purchased at a fixed discounted price of 30% off market price.
-If an INITIATE Member chooses not to purchase the masterybook at the current discounted price, they can continue to accumulate points. However, until they become a CORE member, the point requirement needed to purchase a given masterybook is 2x what a CORE Member would need.
-All INITIATE Members are also required to use the masterybook in-front of the group as soon as it is looted. Again, this is to prevent the individual party member from looting and quickly selling in-game for a potentially large individual profit.

Misc. Members
Misc. Members
-You will only be able to sponsor one character. It can be either your friend (either you or him/her can be on that account) OR it can be your secondary character. If you choose to sponsor you secondary character, then you can no longer sponsor your friend's helm. They will have to either purchase it outright from us or earn it by going on runs with us, or, they can just buy it from another Zakum group.
-You will need 400 points, which is equivalent to approximately 28 full runs, in order to sponsor the other character (secondary or friend).
-You cannot have someone donate this points to you to make up to 400 points. You must earn all 400 points yourself.

Equipment Drops
CORE Members
-There will be no looting of equipment drops by any CORE Members.
-If a CORE Member would like to purchase an equipment drop, they can do so for a flat discount purchase price of 30% off market value.

INITIATE Members
-There will be no looting of equipment drops by any INITIATE Members.
-If a CORE Member would like to purchase an equipment drop, they can do so for a flat discount purchase price of 10% off market value.

Misc. Members
-There will be no sponsoring of characters for equipment drops.
-There will be no secondary characters allowed in to loot equipment drops.

Changed the Amount needed to sponsor a helm~ i feel that 400 points is far too high. and maybe a 2nd sponsor can be reconsidered. im thinking first sponsor requirement is 250 points to be core member , THEN, you can sponsor by giving up 150 points. then im thinking maybe if you want a SECOND sponsor you need to give up 10 more extra points then first sponsor. so maybe 160 points for a second sponsor? i don't know i'm just throwing ideas out. If anyone disagrees, comments are welcomed.
